I AM HERE TO LISTEN:
As a therapist, former special education teacher, and parent of two, I understand the value of empathy, compassion and a listening ear. I bring a multitude of experience and a client-centered, strengths-based approach to sessions. In our time together, you will have a safe space to share openly and vulnerably. You will be heard. I am dedicated to meeting you where you are at, in a way that allows us to build the trust necessary for tangible growth.
I work with teenagers, young adults, adults and parents. Niche specialties include high level athletes and parents of teens. My services emphasize identity affirmation and cultural inclusivity, and match an evidenced-based approach that will be most effective in meeting your situation and needs.

Strengths Based Therapy
While I have expertise in the modalities above, one approach doesn’t fit all when it comes to your mental health. I provide talk therapy, but it doesn’t have to be on a couch or chair and four walls. I incorporate movement, physical activity, and trips outside the office if it meets your needs.
